How do I make a call?
There are a variety of ways to make calls with Qwest® OneFlex™ service. You choose what is most convenient for you:
  • Lift the handset and dial the number. Press any of the speed dial buttons on the phone once they are pre-programmed.
  • From the portal, view the call logs or contacts and click the phone number for any caller or contact.
  • From the portal, select dial and enter the number you want to dial in the dial field

How do I use Quick Call?
The Quick Call box is on the left side of the MyOneFlex™ home page. Here you can click in the Dial To field and type in or use the key pad to select a phone number to call. Simply click Talk to make your call, or Clear to start over.

How do I use Reach Me?
Reach Me allows you to control your incoming calls. You can have your calls come in normally, send them directly to FlexMail™, or forward them to one or multiple other numbers. Your active and inactive settings are indicated by the red and green X icons (red means inactive, green means active). You can configure your Reach Me options on the left side of the MyOneFlex home page or within Feature Settings section.

How do I set up my features?
Click the Feature Settings tab near the top of the page and follow the instructions on each page for setting up your features.

How do I access my FlexMail?
Click the FlexMail tab near the top of the page to access your mail. From here you can:
  • Listen to your voice mail online. Simply click the sender's name and then the file name to play your messages.
  • Manage your voice mail settings and password in the "Options" menu on the left side of the page.
  • Sort your voice mail by Sender, Subject, Date or Size.

How do I use my call logs?
Call logs allow you to view incoming, outgoing and missed calls. You can view a summary of your call logs on your MyOneFlex home page, or click the all Logs tab to view a history of your calls. Calls are kept for 30 days in your logs.

How do I view my order status? Click the Manage Account tab near the top of the page and then click the "Check Order Status" link on the left side of the page.
